ListingsEdge AI provides AI-assisted marketing text generation. You agree to use the service responsibly and comply with applicable laws and MLS rules.

No guarantees

Outputs may contain errors. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying content before publishing.

Subscriptions and credits

Subscriptions may renew automatically unless canceled. Credits are allocated according to your plan and may reset on renewal based on your billing cycle. Cancellation stops future billing and does not automatically refund previous charges. Refund requests are handled under our Refund Policy.

Acceptable use

You may not bypass usage limits, automate abusive generation, scrape the service, upload content you do not have permission to use, or publish unlawful, discriminatory, false, or misleading real estate advertising.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for abuse, fraud, or violations of these terms.
