Refund Policy

Overview
ListingsEdge AI sells AI-assisted real estate marketing tools, one-time credits, and monthly memberships. Because AI generation creates real compute costs, refunds are reviewed based on timing, usage, and whether generation work has already started.
Monthly memberships
Monthly membership payments may be eligible for a refund within 48 hours of purchase or renewal when account usage is minimal. Heavily used memberships, accounts with substantial generated output, or accounts showing abuse may not qualify for a refund.
Single-use purchases
Single-use purchases are generally non-refundable once content generation, finalization, export, or delivery has started. If a technical issue prevents access to a purchased generation, contact support and we may restore the credit or issue a refund.
Cancellations
Canceling a membership stops future billing. It does not automatically refund prior charges. If you cancel during an active billing period, access may continue until the end of that paid period unless the account is refunded, suspended, or otherwise restricted.
How to request a refund
Send your account email, purchase date, and refund reason through the contact page. Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method through Stripe. Your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the refund.
Abuse and fraud
We may deny refunds for fraudulent activity, automated abuse, excessive regeneration, policy violations, chargeback abuse, or attempts to consume paid AI resources and immediately request a refund.
