Membership Policy

Plans and access

ListingsEdge AI offers free access, single-use purchases, and recurring membership plans. Paid memberships provide access to plan-specific credits, generation limits, exports, and premium features shown on the pricing page.

Billing

Monthly memberships renew automatically through Stripe unless canceled before the next renewal date. Prices, plan names, and included limits are shown before checkout. Taxes may be added where applicable.

Credits and usage limits

Credits and feature limits are assigned by plan. Credits may reset at renewal, expire, or be adjusted to protect service reliability. Preview generation, regeneration, export, and image-related features may be limited to prevent abuse and keep the product reliable for all users.

Changing or canceling a membership

Signed-in users can manage billing from the account or billing page. Stripe may allow you to update payment methods, view invoices, change plans, or cancel. Canceling stops future billing but does not automatically refund previous charges. See the Refund Policy for refund rules.

Failed payments

If a payment fails, your account may become past due and paid features may be limited until payment is restored. Stripe may retry failed payments according to the billing settings.

Suspension

We may suspend or limit accounts for fraud, excessive automated usage, scraping, attempts to bypass limits, or violations of our Terms or Acceptable Use Policy.
