ListingsEdge AI is intended for lawful real estate marketing, listing preparation, client communication, and related business workflows. You are responsible for reviewing all outputs before publishing or sending them.

Accuracy and compliance

Do not publish generated content without checking facts, property details, fair housing compliance, MLS rules, brokerage rules, advertising laws, and local requirements. AI output may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for a specific market.

Prohibited activity

• Using the service for false, discriminatory, misleading, or unlawful real estate advertising.
• Uploading content you do not have permission to use.
• Attempting to bypass credits, rate limits, authentication, watermarks, or entitlement checks.
• Automated scraping, bulk account creation, or resale of access without written permission.
• Using outputs to impersonate others or misrepresent property availability, ownership, condition, or pricing.

Enforcement

We may limit, suspend, or terminate accounts that violate this policy, harm the service, create legal risk, or show abusive usage patterns.
